Elizabeth is an ASL-English interpreter residing in Southeastern Vermont.  She has been nationally credentialed through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf since 2000.   Upon graduating in 1999 from the National Technical Institute of the Deaf’s ASL-English Interpreting Program at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, Elizabeth worked briefly for an interpreting agency in Washington, D.C. before returning back to her home & community in Vermont.  For nearly two decades, she has interpreted throughout New England and beyond in a variety of settings including, but not limited to: Federal, State, and Local Government, secondary & post-secondary education, medical, dental, surgical, mental health (inpatient & outpatient), performances, presentations, births, funerals, family gatherings, information technology, finance, yoga, and culinary arts. She is also available and comfortable working in a Remote Interpreting environment.
