New Hampshire, Vermont – CI, CT

Hello everyone! I am here to introduce myself. My name is Karen Todd (name sign “K” on right cheekbone). I have 3 national certifications: CI (Certificate of Interpretation), CT (Certificate of Transliteration) and Ed: k-12. In the past, I worked for many years at Austine School for the Deaf. It was truly an enjoyable experience. I met many wonderful people, saw examples of beautiful teaching of Deaf teachers to Deaf students and enjoyed many social gatherings. It is heartbreaking that the Austine is no longer open. After Austine closed, I transitioned to community interpreting. I interpret at colleges, hospitals and a variety of meetings. I hope to meet you soon! Bye!! (I love you sign with both hands.)
